These terms apply when you book or receive a treatment at Bliss Massage Spa, DHA Phase 7, Karachi, whether booked via this website, WhatsApp, or phone.

Bookings and confirmation

Submitting our website's booking form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll confirm your treatment, time, and therapist availability by reply — please wait for that confirmation before planning your visit around it.

Pricing

Prices listed on our services page are in PKR and were accurate at time of publishing. We'll always confirm the price for your selected treatment before your session; prices are subject to change without prior notice on the website.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask that you message us on WhatsApp as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another guest. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.

Health and safety

Please tell us about any relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your session so your therapist can adjust the treatment appropriately. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions — when in doubt, check with your doctor before booking, and let our staff know so they can advise.

Conduct

Our therapists provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage services only. We reserve the right to end a session and ask a guest to leave, without refund, if their conduct is inappropriate or unsafe for our staff.
